（1）设备冲程满足30英寸，满足307*1000ml生产需要；
（2）设备生产罐形范围：罐径，66-86mm，罐高170-216mm；
（3）具备罐径和罐高快速切换；
（4）其他技术参数详见招标文件技术附件。
资金来源： 现汇项目
2. 交货地点和交货时间：
交货地点： 关境内交货：DDP安徽宝钢制罐项目现场 ；关境外交货:CIF上海港
交货时间： 中标通知书发出之日起6个月内投标设备具备投标人工厂交货条件
3. *凡确认投标的投标人请登录中国国际招标网平台（），务必在开标前注册为其会员并通过年检以获得投标资格，中标情况将在中国国际招标网公示。
宝华智慧招标共享平台()和中国招标投标公共服务平台(/) 可提供我公司的招标项目信息（邀请招标除外），有兴趣的投标人可以登录查看。登录后，投标人可在 宝华智慧招标共享平台 上购买招标文件进行投标和开标活动。
4. 购买招标文件时间： 2025年11月07日 起到 2025年11月14日 止。
5. 招标平台使用费：招标文件英文版及中文版一套（电子版），若中文和英文版有冲突以中文版为准。

9. *对投标人的资格要求：

（3）投标人或所投标设备的制造商应具有与招标设备相当的同类拉伸机和修边机设备的供货业绩，且所提供的同类拉伸机和修边机设备至少应在3条两片罐生产线上有投运业绩。

Deliverytime： The conditions of delivery at the seller's factory shall be met within 6 months from the date of the notice of award
Deliveryplace： Domestic delivery within the territory: DDP Anhui Baosteel Can Manufacturing Project site; Foreign delivery outside the territory: CIF Shanghai Port
